Reinventing Health:

The Comeback Kitchen

Breakfast to dessert. Macros counted. Every single week.

The Comeback Kitchen is a weekly healthy meal plan with plenty of high-protein options, clearly marked, for women in midlife who are tired of feeding everyone else first. About ten simple recipes every week, from breakfast to dessert, plus a shopping list and a printable plan. Doors open the first week of January 2027.

No payment now. Waitlist members get the doors 48 hours before anyone else.

You know you should be eating well. You have probably read it a dozen times this year.

And then the day happens. Breakfast is coffee and whatever is within reach. Lunch is a few bites between everything else. The afternoon slump sends you to the pantry. And by 5pm you are tired in a way sleep does not fix, so dinner becomes whatever is fastest.

That is not a discipline problem. It is a decision problem. By the end of the day you have already made a thousand of them for other people, and there is nothing left for the one about your own plate.

The Comeback Kitchen takes that decision off your list. Every week, the thinking is done. You just cook.

What arrives every week

  • About ten healthy recipes, many high in protein. Breakfasts that are more than coffee, lunches and dinners for real weekdays, snacks for the 3pm slump, and something sweet, because a plan you enjoy is a plan you keep.

  • Full macros on every recipe. Calories, protein, carbs, and fat per serving, already worked out. No apps, no spreadsheets, no guessing.

  • A shopping list. One trip, everything you need for the week.

  • A printable plan. Stick it on the fridge, save it to your phone, or print it for the week.

Simple on purpose. Everyday ingredients and recipes that fit a real weekday, not a Sunday you do not have.

How your access works

A new week of recipes arrives every week.

From the day you join, you can always see up to four weeks of plans, so you can repeat a week you loved or plan ahead when life gets full.

Across the year the recipes rotate through different weeks, so you are not eating the same five meals on a loop.

The Founding 50

The first 50 members join at the founding price:

$9 a month, or $79 a year.

That price is yours for as long as you stay a member. It does not go up when the regular price starts.

In return, I will ask you for one thing: a short check-in after your fourth week, telling me what is working and what is not, and your permission to share what you tell me. That is it. It helps me make this better, and it helps the next woman decide if it is right for her.

After the first 50, the regular price is $12 a month or $99 a year. There is no second founding round.

Why join the waitlist: waitlist members get the doors 48 hours before anyone else. If the founding 50 go, they go to the people who asked first.

Why I made this

My own reinvention started with my body.

Before I could do the inner work or rebuild my career, I had to start feeding myself like I mattered too. What helped was not willpower. It was having the decision already made. So I worked with registered dieticians and nutritionists to build a recipe library. I chose the ones that are simple, balanced, and actually good, and put them into a plan I would want to use myself.

That is The Comeback Kitchen. The food part of coming back to yourself, made easy.

Questions

Do I have to pay anything to join the waitlist?

No. The waitlist is free. You will hear from me before doors open, and you decide then.

Does joining the waitlist hold a founding spot for me?

Not quite. It gets you in 48 hours before anyone else. Founding spots go to the first 50 people who join, and waitlist members get the first chance.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly members can cancel any time.

Is this a diet?

No. There are no rules to follow and nothing to earn back. It is a weekly plan of simple, healthy recipes. Eat what fits your life, and skip what does not.

Is every recipe high protein?

Most are, and those carry an HP label (more than 20 grams of protein per serving). The plan is built to be well rounded, so you will also find lighter recipes and a few treats.

Will it work if I eat vegetarian, gluten free, or dairy free?

Every recipe is labeled, so you can spot vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free recipes at a glance. Not every recipe fits every way of eating, and that is exactly what the labels are for. If you have a food allergy or celiac disease, always check the ingredients on your own packages too.

Is this medical or nutrition advice?

No. These are recipes and a meal plan, not a treatment for any condition. If you have a medical condition, food allergies, or are changing how you eat for a health reason, talk with your own doctor first.

Do I need to cook all ten recipes?

No. Some weeks you will make three. That still counts. The plan is there to make things easier, not to give you another thing to keep up with.

When do doors open?

The first week of January 2027. Waitlist members get the doors 48 hours early.

Is this just dinners?

No. Every week covers breakfast, lunch or dinner, snacks, and dessert, so the whole day is planned, not just the hardest meal.

Let this be the part of your week you do not have to think about.

Join the waitlist and be first through the doors in January, with the chance at a founding price that stays yours for as long as you stay.
