Each day for a week, you'll follow one short, doable step to reconnect with yourself, calm the self-doubt, and make decisions you can trust - so you can say no without the guilt spiral and say yes to what actually matters - even if you've tried before and nothing seemed to stick.

Catch yourself mid-spiral - and know exactly what to do to come back to yourself in minutes, not days.
Start saying no when you mean no and yes when it feels right, so your choices finally reflect what you actually want.
Build small daily rituals that anchor you - like making your bed, journalling, or enjoying your morning coffee - and feel grounded before the day even begins.
Go to bed on Friday night feeling quietly proud of the choices you made for yourself that week - not despite the hard stuff, but right in the middle of it.
Not too long ago, I was living in a fog of overwhelm. Between a demanding career, raising two daughters, navigating separation, and the rollercoaster of perimenopause, I felt like I was running on empty. I was exhausted in a way that no amount of sleep or coffee could fix, and I blamed myself for not being able to hold it all together. Every decision felt heavy, and I second-guessed everything - from what I wanted for dinner to what I wanted for my life.
Then came a health scare that forced me to stop and really listen. With the support of my doctors and therapists, I realized something powerful - I already knew what I needed to do to feel aligned again. I just had to trust myself enough to take those steps and keep going, even when it felt uncomfortable.
And slowly, things shifted. I stopped spending Sundays dreading the week ahead. For the first time in years, I went to bed at night not running tomorrow's to-do list - just resting.
That’s what inspired me to create The Self-Trust Reset Challenge.
